Ordering

  • Can I order online and pick up in-store?

    No, we only offer delivery

  • What payment options do you have?

    We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, and UnionPay. 

  • How do I change an order/delivery date?

    Please contact us at order@stlaurentcatering.com.au with your order number and we will get the order corrected for you.

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

    Please contact us at order@stlaurentcatering.com.au and we will resend the order confirmation. 



  • I want to order something that isn't available via this website. What should I do?

    Please contact us at order@stlaurentcatering.com.au and we will discuss whether your desired item is possible for us to cater.

  • What if we have allergies or special dietary needs?

    When placing your order please let us know of any dietary requirements by adding it in the notes section.

  • How can I check the status of my order online?

    Simply log into our portal to see updates on your latest orders.

Delivery

  • Do you offer delivery?

    Yes, we deliver within Sydney.


    Minimum $99 spend for delivery.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery?

    No. Orders need to be placed online or via email by 12pm the day before to guarantee next day delivery. 



  • How do you deliver?

    One of our dedicated drivers will deliver it to your designated delivery address

Cancellations and refunds


  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    You need to give at least one day’s notice to cancel or change your order.


    Please contact us at order@stlaurentcatering.com.au with your order number.

  • How do I get a refund of my cancelled order?

    Once your refund has been processed, the purchased amount will be sent to the same payment method that was used to purchase the items.

    We care deeply about where our individual ingredients come from, how they are grown and how they are prepared. All of our produce is ethically raised and prepared.
